Requirements and solution design
Define learner audiences, administrator roles, content workflows, reporting needs and integrations. We turn these into an agreed specification and phased delivery plan.
Custom LMS and CMS development
Develop the learning and content management experience around your requirements. Custom roles, enrolment workflows, assessments, publishing tools and integrations are scoped, designed and tested for your project.
Course website setup
Create a branded course catalogue, sales pages and lesson experience around your content. We configure the site, organise modules and prepare the learner journey for launch.
Learning content publishing
Turn your source material into structured courses and lessons, with resources, transcripts and free previews where appropriate. We establish content checks and a repeatable publishing process.
Website and course content management
Manage course and website content in a version-controlled repository. We can configure the optional local editor and provide training, or handle agreed updates on your behalf.
Course commerce setup
Configure a supported payment provider for one-time course purchases and protected lesson access. Checkout, access delivery, recovery and refund handling are reviewed and tested before launch.
Progress and reporting options
Assess whether browser-local progress is sufficient or whether your project needs the optional database-backed progress store and owner dashboard. Availability depends on the selected version and deployment.
Maintenance and handover
Plan content updates, platform maintenance and administrator guidance. Your engagement defines responsibilities, support coverage, hosting accounts and ongoing costs.
Your requirements guide the technology.
For suitable course-publishing projects, StratoLMS can provide a starting point for course structure, content and access. Its standard content workflow is repository-based, with an optional local editor. Collaborative browser editing or more complex learning workflows require a separately designed solution.
Requirements such as instructor roles, cohorts, gradebooks, subscription access or SCORM and LTI interoperability are assessed during discovery. They are not included by default in StratoLMS; we scope custom development or select a different platform where appropriate.
We agree what will be configured, what will be developed and how it will be tested before implementation. Integrations, reporting, data migration, hosting and ongoing support are defined in the project scope.
Start with a fit assessment.
We review your audience, content, access requirements and publishing workflow before recommending an implementation. Our service covers agreed setup and delivery work; hosting, media and payment-provider charges are scoped separately.
